Today we learn of the sad death of Ernest Norman Badger a resident of Langtoft who died today serving his country with the 1st Battalion Bedfordshire Regiment. Our sympathies have been sent to his mother, Lizzie Badger of Wittering.
He will be missed by all in the village, his sacrifice will not be forgotten.
